Currently working as a System Assessment Manager at Aarti Industries, a leading chemical manufacturer in India. I hold a Six Sigma Black Belt and a certification in Systems Thinking, which enable me to apply analytical and creative approaches to solve complex problems and enhance operational performance. Through my experience over the last two decades my expertise lies in the following, to facilitate the implementation of the Operational Excellence Business Model, ensuring positive contribution to the company's gross and operating margins. I also identify and implement automation projects, process improvements, and cost optimization opportunities, while providing training, coaching, and change management support to the teams. I create reports and dashboards for the CEO, functional heads, and OPM, and monitor issues and trends for early warning signals. I am passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and delivering value to the customers and stakeholders.
