I am a PRINCE2 and SAFe 4.0 certified management consultant with rich experience of 14+ years in delivering value to the clients through project management and business solution consultancy. During the span of my career, I have played diverse roles in IT & Business transformation projects, for clients in retail, SAP, manufacturing and telecom. In my current role with IKEA, I am working with multiple digital product teams to plan and execute product launches in various IKEA markets, for our coworkers and customers. In the assignments handled I have provided IT solutions to business problems and played active role in developing systems and applications enriching user experience with better client engagement. As project manager for service transition and transformation projects, provided solutions for the issues faced by client organization w.r.t. outsourcing, capacity utilization and skills management. I have led and managed culturally and geographically diverse project teams, driving them towards a common objective of realizing & maximizing the business value through successful & timely deliveries. Working in multiple large scale transformations and successfully handling product launches in complex IT & business environments have enriched my experience and skills to handle most complicated of initiatives and assignments with ease.
