Designing Sales & Marketing Strategy and planning activities for Sales operations and annual business plans, revenue budgets and incorporating these into the corporate Sales & Marketing strategic document. • Hold prime responsibility for meeting and exceeding revenue targets for the Group. • Working with sales team in developing focused Sales and Marketing strategies incorporating all elements of the marketing mix. • Direct and work with Business Heads to plan and implement mid-course amendments to strategy based on assessment of trends and external environments. • Responsible for all Integrated Marketing communications across the Group including advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing and public relations. Close working relationship with relevant agencies right from defining the creative briefs to approving creatives, media plans and scheduling. • Database management and relationship marketing activities. • Represent the Group in all domestic and International Hospitality marketing forums and industry meets including ITB, WTM, ATM, FITUR etc. • Actively involved in all marketing MIS, reports and feedback systems. • Optimizing performance of the field sales force Delhi/NCR by providing strategic inputs. • Establishing and maintaining productive quality working relationship with key internal and external customers.
