All through my career of more than 14 years in Healthcare Operations, working with respectable hospital & healthcare brands in India and Africa regions, my core competencies in P&L handling, strategic planning, new business development and team building have been instrumental in advancing healthcare innovation and operational profitability. At LifeCare Hospitals, me and my team's strategic focus on cost optimization and clinical excellence has driven a notable revenue growth and positive EBIDTA numbers. With a keen eye on P&L and operations, we've successfully enhanced bed occupancy and patient engagement, reflecting our commitment to healthcare delivery excellence. Previously, my leadership at Amaha Health catalyzed the establishment of three outpatient units in major Indian metro cities within a span of 10 months, marking a significant milestone in India's mental health landscape. Earlier, during my almost 4 year long stint at American Oncology Institute at their Jalandhar and Jammu units in India, as the P&L Head, I was instrumental in starting the units and able to make both units over-achieving the budgeted revenue and EBIDTA, with proper channeling and optimal utilisation of resources backed by teamwork and strategy. I had a great exposure to Indian Healthcare Operations & Marketing in my starting career years with prominent healthcare brands like Apollo Healthcare (AHLL), Clearpath Dental Aligners, Dr. Batra's Homeopathy and Cloudnine Hospitals (Maternity & Child Health).
