Lawyer and Lifelong Humanitarian, Corporate Legal Associate at Credgenics, B.Com LLB (Hons) from Amity Law School, Noida, with dream of joining "corporate law convenience". As a Legal Associate at Credgenics, I specialize in drafting legal notices and contracts for banks and financial institutions, conducting arbitrations and conciliations, and conducting research on fintech laws. With experience in the legal industry, I have developed a strong understanding of various legal propositions and regulations. My focus on timely delivery, quality documentation, and excellent communication skills enable me to provide exceptional services to clients. Looking forward to collaborating with like-minded individuals and organizations. I enjoy studying law and being a lawyer, I look forward to opportunities that encourage me to go deeper in it and to implement these laws within the real world. I am highly interested in observing and learning the international laws or its applicability in the real time which motivated me to pursue a specialization in International Law, which I believe is highly productive for me as a lawyer. I have always enjoyed public speaking and writing since high school. This, in turn, encouraged me to draft and write research papers that got published and now, count them as one of my biggest achievements. In addition to writing, I got an opportunity to learn on how to manage a team and to be a Leader as well as a Team Player via organizing and conducting various moot courts and ADR events and further learning from different internship experiences in the corporate as an Intellectual Property Lawyer, and the litigation field as a Litigation Associate, which even taught me the importance of advocating for my client against all odds. As rightly said," A lawyer without the proper knowledge of implementing laws is a mere mechanic without his tools." My long term goal is to be a "Chief Legal Officer" to further implement my knowledge and as a "Legal Associate" draft legal policies, Agreements for the company's I would work with and different "corporate" areas with my full dedication. The basic aim is to support and uplift the company's legal framework so that the company can tackle any dynamic changes that may occur and can focus on gaining profits.
