As a Consultant at Arthur D Little(ADL), I focus on management consulting across various industries, leveraging my unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. In this role, I analyze business strategies, drive operational improvements, and deliver impactful solutions for clients across various industries like travel and tourism, telecommunications, healthcare, automobiles, PSUs, energy and utilities, financial services, fintech, IPO advisory etc. Before joining Arthur D Little, I pursued my MBA from the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB), graduating with distinction and earning a place on the Dean's List. My time at ISB honed my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of business strategy and management. Following my MBA, I had a rewarding stint with a Singapore-based edtech firm in a founder's office role. Here, I played a pivotal role in helping the firm raise funds, enhance their marketing strategies, and spearhead hiring initiatives, contributing significantly to their growth trajectory. Prior to my MBA and the edtech experience, I gained nearly 2 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer at Dell Technologies. I was an integral part of the Custom Solutions Engineering and Big Data Analytics Teams, responsible for building, testing, and validating tailored solutions to meet custom requirements. Additionally, I played a key role in developing automation tools to enhance the customer and team experience. Outside of my professional career, I've also contributed significantly to my family business, Flowtech Valves & Fittings Co. I was credited with initiating the company's export operations, further expanding its reach and market presence. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I've maintained an exemplary record and held multiple leadership roles, both in college and school. With experience in managing large teams and organizing events, I'm confident that my diverse background and leadership skills will continue to serve me well in all my future endeavors. Outside of work, I'm deeply passionate about startups, technology, sports, and the stock market. These are subjects I can talk about for hours, always eager to learn and share insights.
