With over eleven years of experience in business management consulting, I am a Decision Analytics Manager at ZS, a global professional services firm that specializes in healthcare. I work with pharmaceutical clients across Europe, Latin America, and Canada, delivering solutions that enable them to make better decisions, optimize their performance, and achieve their goals. My core competencies include business intelligence and analytics, forecasting, launch planning strategies, customer engagement strategies, segmentation, and marketing and sales investment optimization. I have led and managed large and complex projects, teams, and client engagements, driving strategic analysis, insight generation, solution design, and delivery.
