Leading Project Expansion of SHIKSHA Initiative - Member of Core Team of SHIKSHA Initiative- Responsible for the entire Business development in the Region- Responsible for educating Educational Institutions about Experiential Learning through QuarC pedagogy in the States of U.P. and Uttarakhand- Received an award for " Making a Market Turn Around in U.P." in a span of just 5 months- Training educational professionals in, the explicit educational needs of students & society at large- Educating educational institutions-Principals, Teachers, Managements and also to the Parents about the advancements in the field of imparting class room education- Providing the knowledge about best practices used by various educational institutions in India to teach and educate a child- Designing and submitting the Proposal to implement Activity Based Learning methodology in the School- Explaining the Agreement to the School & assisting them to get the Parents' approval for the project implementation- Closing the project after financial negotiations with the school- Providing the entire documentation to the company and the school in terms of Analytics & financial calculations and thereby providing assistance to the schools in getting well equipped with latest Scientific Innovative Tools- Efficiently administered, managed and executed the group activities during the project.
