Trainer -Conducting training on API-19G2, API-19G1 product Awareness on regular basis. Provided Training of Gas Lift Valves assembly & testing, troubleshooting to ExxonMobil 20’s engineers. Production & Project Engineer -Manufacturing and testing new equipment, processes, procedures and systems. Researching and implementing opportunities to make process efficient. Involve in manufacturing of Gas Lift valve from Child Parts to Dispatch of final products including Delivery planning, Assembly, Testing, Inspection, Quality control & final inspection of item. Involve in Design Validation package as per API-19G2 Validation Grade V1, V2 & V3 and Quality control Grade QL1 & QL2, Establish specifications for projects based on a thorough review of performance standards, client requirements, and product Requirements as per API-19G2.
