By academics I am a fellow member of Institute of Company secretaries of India and an MBA in finance and mgt. accounting from CIMA, UK. I come with 10+ years of experience in legal and compliances. Out of this experience I am in Regtech/Legaltech industry for more than 5+ year from now and having experience of various industries like retail, automobile, hotels, chemicals, pharma, food, IT & ITES, healthcare, etc. I am working with Lawrbit since inception as GCMS Implementation & Content Lead, leading the team responsible for implementation of the compliance management solution/tool and creating and updating the compliance obligations of the laws that are applicable to the enterprises and have done the implementation of compliance management tool in 60+ enterprises which includes India's top companies basis on their market capitalization and operations and their respective group companies where we have automated their compliance obligations by creating structured compliance framework for the board and the stakeholders.
