I am Mayank Verma, a patent law student and currently a legal intern at Vouchagram India Pvt Ltd, a leading digital rewards platform. At Vouchagram, I assist the legal team in reviewing, negotiating and managing commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, and other regulations, and conducting legal research on various topics related to Corporate and Commercial Laws. I have a strong academic background in law, business, and science, with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Delhi University, a BBA from Delhi Technological University, and a Senior Secondary Education in Science Stream with Computer Science. I am also pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Patent Law from NALSAR University Hyderabad, where I am learning the fundamentals and applications of intellectual property rights in the innovation ecosystem. I have a keen interest and expertise in cyber law, data privacy, and IT domain, as evidenced by my diplomas in Tech Law and Paralegal Studies, and Technology Law, Fintech Regulations and Technology Contracts, issued by the National Skill Development Corporation. I am also an enrolled advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi, and have completed multiple legal internships at the Ministry of Law and Justice, and the Law Offices of Bhavpreet Singh Dhatt. I am passionate about leveraging my analytical, research, and negotiation skills to solve complex legal problems and create value for my clients and stakeholders. I am eager to collaborate on projects, share insights, and learn from others in the fields of law and technology. I am always open to new opportunities and challenges that will help me grow as a professional and a person.
