About Mayank Vyas

Inspired by the quote “before committing to a career path, explore them in your 20s”, I never hesitated to grab any opportunity to learn something new. I did B. Tech in Mechanical engineering from NIT Srinagar. And then joined the Oil industry as Data Engineer/Analyst, where work was related to data recording, preprocessing, visualization and presentation. I developed a curiosity for Data Analytics and Machine Learning motivated by the concept of self-driven cars. This curiosity drove me to pursue an Applied AI Course from Applied Roots. Taking a step further I joined the wonderful well-structured course from Preapleaf by Masai School. It helped me understand SQL, Excel, VBA, Tableau, Python, and Machine Learning from basic to advance. I got hands-on experience in Python and its libraries like Pandas, NumPy, MatplotLib, Seaborn, and Sklearn after I spent my nights and weekends on Kaggle. After having experience handling dirty data (manipulations, queries) I am looking forward to any opportunity that would help me dig deep into the field of Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
