I am a visionary leader who drives business impact by seamlessly connecting strategy to execution. Passionate about going where no one has gone before, I craft and deliver deliberate strategies that serve patients and consumers. I engage individuals and teams in transformative, fulfilling journeys that generate measurable value for the company while nurturing personal and professional growth. With more than 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I have experienced different areas of the pharmaceutical value chain. Having been part of local, regional and global teams and working with different portfolios such as biological products, biosimilars, and fast-moving consumer healthcare products, made me a multi-cultural change expert. I do transformation WITH people, not simply to them. Currently I lead a four year Transformation effort in Sanofi Digital, crafting an Open-Source Agile Transformation. I define and deliver the future of skills, jobs, culture and ways of working, deeply anchored in our strategy. On a personal note, my passions range from Greek mythology to Social Politics. I’m an advocate of diversity of all sorts and I’m dedicated to helping women achieve their ambitions.
