I'm a professional with 7 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, focused on Customer Service and International Logistics Solutions-> I work for a multinational Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage company. I usually manage the customer attendance of several customers per month and helped to increase the KPI levels of the customer service survey. My mission is to contribute to the company's growth, customer success, offering an excellent international transport service. Always thinking on alternative solutions to the customers-> I am a CargoWise system operator certified, have senior experience in Freight Forwarding, specialized on Export shipments from Brazil. I also have experience with Sales Force applications (C-view)-> I am a language learner lover and enjoy getting to know different cultures. I made 2 international exchange programs (both in London and Dublin), in order to turn my English to a new level and recently started my studies in German. Adding this value to my career is something I have been looking for in 2024. The Foreign Trade and International Logistics are part of my daily life.
