About Mayara Pinoges

I began my career in finance while still at university and quickly discovered a passion for data, structure, and continuous improvement. What started with a fascination for Excel and numbers at 17 has evolved into a strong foundation in financial operations, analysis, and business support. Today, I’m proud to be part of Howspace, a leading platform for collaborative impact, where I contribute to driving smarter, more scalable processes in a dynamic and international environment. I bring a strong sense of adaptability and curiosity to everything I do – whether it's picking up a new language, learning a new tool, or embracing an unexpected challenge (like becoming a ski instructor with no prior skiing experience, true story!). I believe that nothing is so good it can’t be improved – and I approach both work and life with that mindset. If you're interested in connecting or collaborating, feel free to reach out.
