I am grateful for all of the opportunities that have pushed and challenged me to be better in my professional and personal life- Graduated in Administration and with a Master in Business Project- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (including Excel and Outlook) & SAP- EU Citizen- Contact Details: piresmayara020@gmail.com Relevant Business Experience: I have gained hands-on experience in planning departments such as demand, production and strategic at Unilever Brazil, one of the biggest global consumer good-companies, where I was responsible for directly contacting partners. I planned monthly forecasts to be produced in their factories according to the stock availability in our warehouses for each one of the 35 SKUs. I was also responsible for the collection and delivery of each SKU produced. Working for Soups Category, and dealing with approximately 15 SKUs, I had an active participation in the Global S & OP process. I lead discussions on the most accurate short term demand forecast and identifying long term supply constraints as lack of capacity, materials or skilled labour. As a result, I could prevent when a specific SKU would run out of stock and as a consequence develop and recommend a contingency plan for the factory to be able to attend to the demand requested. During my career at Unilever some of my roles included analysis of KPIs, forecast accuracy, forecast bias, waste and sales performances, and interface with customer service to assist them on SKU availability. These experiences helped me to further my knowledge on supply chain management and customer service, to develop good organization skills, to pay closer attention to details, and to manage tight deadlines.
