I have a 5-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and over 8 years of experience in Information Technology. I have worked as a Quality and Automation Engineer and as a Systems Analyst, collaborating with internal and external client teams, which has given me an agile and adaptable mindset. I have experience in test execution, test scenario development, business requirements development, and automation. I am results-oriented and view Quality Assurance as a means to create better products and services, not as an end in itself. I have worked on projects in various industries, including telephony systems, retail e-commerce, rewards marketplaces, pharmaceuticals, and financial systems. I have also led teams and have experience with both agile (Scrum and Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies. My technical and analytical skills, combined with a solid understanding of business needs, enable me to drive quality improvements and ensure successful project delivery.
