About Mayella Holthuis
For over 12 years, I have been leading the Sales Support team at Social Deal. Since March 2025, the Partner Support team has also become part of my responsibilities. It’s a fantastic challenge to help take Social Deal even further. Strong commercial thinking and a “work hard, play hard” mentality characterize the two teams, which together consists of more than 50 Dutch, German, and French colleagues. At Sales Support, we assist the Sales team by providing tailored advice when closing deals, verify data after deals are made, find the best spots in the schedule across one of the 80+ regions where we operate, and ensure everything runs smoothly operationally at the backoffice. At Partner Support, the focus lies on providing service to our deal partners, where commercial thinking also plays a key role. With both teams, we are often the first point of contact for other departments, and we make sure that every challenge gets the right solution. No day is ever the same, and time flies!
