Over twenty years of experience in managing office operations in an international environment. My specialty is knowing all the ins and outs of the company’s operations and using this data to support colleagues in realizing their goals and meeting their deadlines. Finance, HR and project management support (overall) are my main areas of expertise. What characterizes me is that I always want to move forward, both on a personal and business level. I thrive within a dynamic company that sets sustainable goals and acts on them. I appreciate a human style of leadership and enjoy to contribute to the individual goals and needs of the people in my team. I like to work in companies that recognize that people are their greatest assets and understand that success is not the work of some individuals. I prefer to work on a team and especially as a team. Transparent and open communication, knowledge sharing, realizing joint goals, overcoming obstacles together, mutual respect and accountability. All create an exciting and empowering working environment that I enjoy working in. I set a high bar for myself and others and work hard to get the job done. I love to learn new things, create new insights and develop new skills. It is important to me that a company challenges me in my work and offers me the chance to develop myself further. During my career I have been involved several times in setting up a company, department or subsidiary. Being part of these start-ups gives me energy and satisfaction.
