About Mayke Oosterveld

As 'nothing tops Groningen', I finished my Bachelor's at the University of Groningen. Being among the first to graduate from the Master's degree Digital Business at the University of Amsterdam, I was fully prepared to start working in a 'digital business'. And so I did. I started working at TriFact365, which is a company that helps organizations to automate their invoicing processes, by using innovate technologies like machine learning. Being in a startup-like environment, I gained different skills in sales, presales and partner management. To extend these skills, I joined the SAP Academy for Presales. In one year, I enhanced, among other things, my presentation, design and interpersonal skills, as well as my knowledge about SAP's solutions. I am intrigued by technology, consumer behavior and people. As such, I am inspired by questions, such as how a company can use technology to create a sustainable competitive advantage, how this affects its consumers and the people working in these companies, and how disruptive technologies change an industry’s landscape.
