I’m a unique and quirky individual working in the customer support industry as a Lead Product Support Specialist at SurveyMonkey Inc. I am a social butterfly, a professional student and a big advocate for diversity and inclusion. My goal is to positively influence users' experience! My expertise includes project knowledge and design, time management, mentorship, hiring and onboarding, data analysis and interpretation, and the empowerment of customers. In addition, I enjoy being creative, generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions to help customers achieve their goals in data collection and analysis. My colleagues and peers would describe me as a driven, passionate, motivated and resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive attitude when faced with adversity. Currently, I’m seeking opportunities that will help me grow professionally and develop my marketing skills and data analysis skills. When I am not challenging myself at work, I enjoy cooking, travelling and eating. However, my friends like to consider me a professional student. I like to keep busy with my studies and enjoy learning fun new facts by reading random Wikipedia pages, watching documentaries, and taking online courses.
