About Maynard Vargas

Solving problems is my passion — may it be using a skill I already have or will acquire. I don't limit myself based on my skills today as I love challenging myself to evolve and adapt in this fast-moving world. I am a data science practitioner and a full-stack web & android app developer with knowledge about computer vision and robotics. As these skills are far from each other, they give me various perspectives in dealing with complex problems. Having these tools in my arsenal gives me versatility as well as the ability to learn things quickly.During my undergraduate, I focused on honing my software development skill while advocating for clean and efficient code using design patterns and optimized algorithms. I developed multiple applications including games based on Java, C, and JavaScript. I also created various web applications using Laravel (PHP) as well as using MEAN-stack (NodeJS) with RESTful API. I also developed an Android app using OpenCV for its computer vision capabilities.I also love sharing my thoughts, may it be technical (about my field or skills) or not.
