With over seven (7) years of experience as a seasoned Food Microbiologist, I possess a documented history of ensuring food quality and safety in the field of quality control and assurance. I thrive as a collaborative team member with strong communication abilities, delivering significant outcomes. Throughout my career, I have maintained high levels of lab productivity, efficiency, and result accuracy with an effective results valuation, products release and taking usage decision on SAP while consistently following established guidelines. Over the past four years, we have consistently achieved 100% satisfactory results in Lab Proficiency testing organized by Axio Proficiency Testing (LGC). My proficiency extends to handling a diverse range of tasks and effectively managing resources to surpass set targets. With in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in production line and microbiological processes, laboratory research, good hygiene practices, good manufacturing practices, food safety, and technical roles, I am well-equipped to contribute to the success of any project or team. My overarching goal is to continue leveraging my acquired skills and extensive experience in Food Microbiology and Quality Assurance of food products within organizations that value articulate professionals. Achievements • Successfully orchestrated the validation process for Gino seasoning cubes, Bama Mayonnaise line, and Bama Mayosauce, ensuring their compliance with industry standards. • Revised the standard operating procedure for the Microbiology Lab, enhancing its effectiveness and efficiency. • Contributed to the compilation and creation of checklists and document master list, incorporating appropriate reference numbers for streamlined documentation. • Designed and implemented a highly efficient Environmental Monitoring Scheme for the Microbiology Lab, which remains in active use. • Actively participated in and represented the company in various audits, including Sanitary, Quarterly MANCAP, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety System Certification and Environmental Management System, leading to successful certifications and recertification. • Provided comprehensive training to staff members on Microbiological techniques, Food Safety and Quality, Quality Management, Continuous Improvement and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.
