As a Supervising Office Assistant at County of Riverside, I lead a team of office assistants in providing efficient and high-quality administrative support to various departments and units. I have over 10 years of experience in office settings, where I have developed and honed my skills in data entry, file clearance, records and reports management, customer service, and phone etiquette. I have my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at University of Phoenix, which enhances my knowledge and skills in business operations, policies, and directives. I am passionate about learning new ways to improve office processes, systems, and workflows, and to empower and motivate my staff to perform at their best. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of County of Riverside, and to serve the public with professionalism and integrity.
