About Mayra Lima

Art Director, UX/UI Designer & Facilitator with a passion for creating inclusive tools Specialising in the design of tools adapted to the needs of people on the autistic spectrum, I've dedicated a large part of my career to combining creativity, technology and inclusion. As the big sister of an autistic person, my motivation is both personal and professional: to transform my sensitivity and expertise into concrete solutions to facilitate learning and independence. Key experience As co-founder and Creative Director at Emoface, I designed innovative socio-emotional learning tools, drawing on extensive research in the field of autism and adapting them to the interfaces of our solutions. My role included: Designing and improvement of a mobile and web application. Developing a strong and consistent visual identity. Working closely with researchers, healthcare professionals and users to ensure accessible and effective technology. My expertise includes: Art direction and brand identity: creating coherent and impactful visual universes. 10 years' experience in UX/UI design: designing intuitive and inclusive user experiences tailored to specific needs. Developing solutions for e-learning, learning, IoT projects, including home automation and the connected home with scenario creation. Creative facilitation: supporting groups in idea generation and collaborative problem solving. I'm currently studying at the University of Grenoble Alpes to develop creative approaches applied to training, and I'm looking to enrich my practice to design projects that are even more suited to educational and professional contexts.
