As a Channel Operations Manager at Plantronics-Poly-HP for over 10 years, I had the opportunity to build and lead a team from 8 people up to 25+ specialists, managing Orders for Distribution and Retail in Americas, Sales Samples across the Globe, E-commerce, and returns. Customer Service, Logistics, and service operations for the global leader in personal systems. I coordinate and optimize the distribution of PLT products and services across various channels and regions, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. I worked with a team of professionals to develop and implement strategies and policies that align with PLT-Poly-HP's mission to create technology that makes life better for everyone, everywhere. I have developed and honed skills in customer support, logistics management, service operations, communication, problem-solving, and leadership.
