About Mayra Rodriguez

Since I have chosen the Management and Economics orientation in the High School, I started hearing about the importance of accountability to create valuable information for the decision-making process. I developed my studies for a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business with that phrase in mind. After some years of expertise in the profession, working across different industries (financial services, IT services, manufacturing, farming and agriculture, hospitality) I can give faith in how assertive is that sentence. But nowadays not only we can collect data from the records that companies keep, but also we can combine them with many other sources to generate more valuable and useful information. I found out a passion to analyze data, answer questions, resolve problems, identify trends and make predictions. Associating my business skills and using visualization tools I create reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Data business analysis allows us to make better decisions, teaches us about errors, and we can anticipate of contingencies to reach goals.
