About Mayte Martinez

As a Line Producer, I bring extensive experience across live television, documentaries, competition shows, and variety programming. I’ve managed productions from development through final delivery, overseeing budgets, schedules, logistics, crews, talent, and vendors while ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. My credits include major series such as RuPaul’s Drag Race: Celebrity Edition, The Masked Singer S2, and Lip Sync Battle S2. These productions demanded adaptability across formats and scales, from large, complex live shows to smaller, more intimate documentary crews. I thrive in balancing creative vision with operational execution, problem-solving under pressure, and fostering collaboration across departments. Skilled in managing both big and small teams, I’m committed to building positive working environments while delivering compelling content that entertains and inspires diverse audiences.
