I have over 15 years of experience in the actuarial domain, along with about a year in Operations. Currently working for Aon as a Sr. Consultant (Employee Benefits) with increasing responsibilities on client engagement, renewals, projections, and actuarial valuation. Member of data analytics team that used data visualization tools to derive meaningful insights into the claims patterns for decision making. In my previous engagement with RR Donnelley (Chennai, India) as a Team Manager, I helped one of the major P&C insurers, having a global footprint, with their capital requirements for regulatory submission, most notably PRA, Lloyd's, FINMA as well as ORSA assessment. I also worked with Pricing Actuaries in determining UW Risk Parameters as part of Solvency II and have also worked in Risk Management, getting to know the entire gamut of the P&C Insurance business. Prior to this, I was working as Actuarial Analyst with Aon Specialist Services (Bangalore, India) providing annual post-retirement defined benefits fund valuation consultation.
