Additionally, I completed my 12th Grade with the Maharashtra State Board at Kurvej New Model Junior College, Nagpur, and my 10th Grade at Swavalambi School, Wardha. Work Experience: My professional journey began with an apprenticeship at Videocon Ltd, Aurangabad, where I actively participated in the assembly line production of mobile phones. I also conducted thorough testing to ensure the highest quality standards. Following my apprenticeship, I joined CEAT Tyres Ltd as a Manufacturing Engineer in the Curing Department. In this role, I operated and maintained tire curing presses and machinery. I played a key role in conducting first tire checks and last tire checks to ensure uncompromising quality standards. Additionally, I handled internal and external audits to ensure compliance with stringent quality procedures. My dedication to continuous improvement led me to implement measures that effectively reduced scrap and enhanced overall product efficiency. I was also responsible for conducting quality audits for the curing presses, ensuring strict adherence to quality benchmarks. Work Experience Continued: After my tenure at CEAT Tyres, I joined Tech Mahindra Ltd on a contract basis in the BPO sector. In this role, I supported customers in resolving issues and providing excellent services. My experience at Tech Mahindra allowed me to develop exceptional communication skills and adapt to dynamic customer needs.
