Hi there! I’m a final year PhD student at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane. In my PhD study, I developed a deep learning model to identify pan-cancer gene expression signatures. Which then applied to identify cancer specific cell surface and secreted proteins genes. Finally, using transfer learning and metastatic gene expression data, extended primary tumor model to locate origin of cancer of unknown primary. I have 7+ years of experience in bioinformatics and NGS data analysis. I am skilled at python, R and Java programming languages.
