Preparing of detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards and in compliance with IVS. Persistently engaged in and accountable for valuation services, managing & executing mandates, client interface & coordination for various corporates, government authorities, banks, NBFC, developers, and the like. Fluent with transaction advisory, equity valuation, valuation under IBC, project status tracking, LIE projects, TEV study, risk consulting, feasibility studies, technical due diligence and valuation methods such as discounted cash flow models; land & building method; sales comparable method; development potential method; depreciation method; and Lease Rental Discounting.
