With over 11 years of experience at Xylem Inc, I am a segment sales leader and an Assistant general manager of the specialty flow control business, which covers beverage, marine, industrial, and hygienic applications. I hold a CIMA diploma in management accounting and an Electrical Engineering degree. My core competencies include understanding the business ecosystem, managing people and performance, expanding margins, engaging and managing customers, and making strategic business decisions. I have built the specialty flow control business from 86K$ to 2MM$in 5 years, expanded the footprint with 10 channel partners and 10 direct OEMs, and built key accounts for AWS from zero to 1MM$ in Pune region. I have also received multiple awards for outstanding order/revenue and significant contribution to building OEM.
