I work closely with the field team to address inquiries and issues, verify documents for disbursements, and ensure that audit requirements are fulfilled. Additionally, I am involved in the CKYC process, NESL process, and daily MIS updating and publishing. Throughout my tenure at John Deere Financial, I have gained valuable experience in team handling, decision-making, critical thinking, problem-solving, and more.I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree, which I earned in 2020. Before that, I completed my HSC from the Maharashtra State Board in 2015 and SSC in 2013. I also have a MSCIT certification and a range of technical and management skills that have helped me excel in my role.My strengths include my ability to work under pressure, my positive attitude, my creativity, and my sense of responsibility.
