About Mayur Pujari

Global supply-chain & manufacturing leader with 12+ years of experience scaling complex hardware operations across automotive, EVs, robotics, and autonomous vehicles. I currently lead supply-chain strategy and operations at a high-growth robotics company, driving next-generation automation and managing global supplier networks with budgets exceeding $100 M.My career began in India with Tata Motors, the country’s largest automotive manufacturer, and JCB, a global leader in construction equipment. These formative roles immersed me in mass-manufacturing concepts and laid the foundation for my passion for operational excellence. After earning my master’s in the U.S, I advanced through quality-engineering and supplier-development roles at Tesla, building a global supplier base for EV charging systems from prototype to high-volume production. At Rivian, I launched a low-volume adventure charging product line and developed the supplier base for end-of-line testers across the full charging program. At Zoox, I established and sustained assembly processes for its Level-5 autonomous vehicle platform.I’m passionate about building and mentoring high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and solving complex manufacturing and supply-chain challenges—whether in NPI, supplier development, or large-scale production. Outside of work, you’ll often find me experimenting in the kitchen or planning the next family adventure.
