For over 16 years, I’ve been orchestrating strategic IT initiatives that turn ambitious visions into reality. As a Senior Project Manager at Reserve Bank Information Technology (ReBIT), I lead transformative pioneering solutions that redefine regulatory reporting, data governance, and fraud Monitoring. Creating the future isn’t just about dreaming big; it’s about wrangling stakeholders, managing budgets, and sometimes convincing a team that a 6 PM status meeting is necessary. With certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma, I ensure our financial technology solutions don’t just meet expectations—they exceed them (and occasionally surprise the skeptics). Leadership is like herding cats, but in my case, the cats are armed with coding skills and coffee cups. I focus on inspiring teams to collaborate, stay motivated, and hit every milestone with a smile—or at least without a meltdown. My knack for financial planning, vendor negotiations, and stakeholder management ensures that even the most complex projects stay on track and under budget (yes, miracles do happen). During my decade at the National Stock Exchange, I implemented SAP Cloud C4C (CRM) for sales, services, and marketing, streamlining operations across NSE and its group companies. I led the development of decision dashboards and management information systems for senior executives and implemented contact center solutions for NSE projects, such as CKYC. My work in business excellence and automation reduced 30% of repetitive customer queries and eliminated 25% of redundant processes. Additionally, I drove business development efforts, launching new products like CDS & IRF while serving as the SPOC for major clients, including public and private sector banks. I spearheaded digital initiatives at Angel One, including an industry-unique self-service web portal and mobile app that bolstered business growth and customer service. I championed Agile project management practices by implementing Jira across the organization and leading a team of 10 developers. With an MBA in Finance, a BE in IT, and a belief that humor improves everything, I bring a strategic, innovative, and human touch to every initiative.
