As a Senior Software Test Engineer at Datamatics Global Services, I have over seven years of experience in ensuring the quality and functionality of various IT and business process outsourcing solutions. Datamatics is a leading provider of software testing, agile methodology, API testing, database testing, and test scripts. One of my core competencies is Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a platform that I use to test and validate the business processes and workflows of various clients. I am proficient in writing and executing test cases, performing manual and automation testing, identifying and reporting defects, and verifying resolutions. I also have experience in testing web services, RESTful APIs, and database queries using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and SQL Server.
