About Mayuresh Joshi

I am a person who believes that extraordinary results can be achieved by enabling people and empowering them to take decisions. My objective is to help develop high performing teams founded on principles of ethical and result oriented business practices while stretching myself to learn continuously and be able to add value to the organization and self. I strongly believe in partnerships and collaborations to bring exponential outcomes. Also interested in transformational change programs that deliver long lasting sustainable value, that are in line with both mine and organizations purpose and positively affect the experience of my key stakeholders. I have an ability to lead and execute on broader management strategy, work with globally connected teams and lead/ participate in transformational projects by challenging the status quo. Currently, I functionally lead a high performing team across multiple regions globally in addition to leading TRM India (Global Center) within Risk and Compliance. In a nutshell, I look at myself as a natural coach and facilitator at heart with the philosophy of lifelong learning and pushing myself out of comfort zone which has prepared me for change and empowered to create value.
