Born and brought up in a fauji family, leading a disciplined yet flexible life, taking risks (calculated, of course!), traveling, meeting new people, and creating an impact is at the core of who I am! Technology always sparked my interest during my formative years, which made me join the IT industry as I completed my higher education. Being an IT professional in a client-facing role, I have had the chance to work on various ERP software and provide process and domain consulting and training to global clients. After working in the corporate for three years, I took the plunge and followed my passion. My love for travel landed me a job as an Outdoor Leader at Indiahikes where I got to apply all my MBA learnings and transform people’s lives. Although I am an MBA in Marketing, I’ve played roles concerning Finance, HR, and Operations in the organization. From developing trek plans tailored to customer needs and interests to engaging all team members with out-of-the-box fun and learning experiences to managing trek logistics and operations within budget, I have done it all. My experience leading and managing teams with diverse age groups, genders, cultural backgrounds, and lifestyles has equipped me with skills to identify strengths and weaknesses in individuals and teams to devise strategies that maximize the potential and achieve the best for both parties. Currently, I'm working as a Digital Marketing Executive at TheWav. A budding digital marketer with a strong background in IT, I bring a unique combination of technical expertise and creative vision to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies.
