Currently working as an agile tester for a Banking Project - Understanding client requests, designing test cases, creating tracking matrixes, testing the system, identifying defects and logging them in ALM and tracking, re-testing defects, and closing them. Managed employee training for a recruit for over 4 months and offered continuous, advice, guidance, and mentorship on duties and best practices. As for my plans, I wish to be Product Manager role and get a chance to work with more diverse teams and individuals.
