As an IT Officer at Citi India, I work with a team of software engineers to develop, maintain, and enhance Windows applications that support the bank's operations and services. I use my skills in C#.NET framework, XAML, WPF, WCF, and ASP.NET to create user-friendly, secure, and scalable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders. I have a strong engineering background with a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University. I have also obtained multiple certifications in Scrum, Project Leadership, and Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
