About Mayuri Vyas

Mayuri has extensive experience of transformational business change programmes - programmes that are driven by new technology, new business & product development, and extensive restructuring requirements. She uses commercial acumen, strategic skills and a strong understanding of managing human dynamics to deliver results fast. Her expertise covers the full life cycle from inception to full delivery of the programme (Strategy formulation, detailed design and implementation). She has solid experience of building solutions that meet the needs of the the classic strategic planning cycle and digital operating model ways of working. She is comfortable working with agile methodologies; human centred design approaches and digital operating models and roadmaps. Mayuri will skilfully build a team and deliver a programme across diverse geography, multiple business units, mixed disciplines and 3rd parties. Complex people, process and technology issues have been commonplace on the programmes she has successfully delivered. Prior to consulting she worked in industry (in finance, sales and marketing disciplines) and brings a practical understanding and pragmatic approach to her assignments. Mayuri is a founding director of change arena and has a 20-year track record of delivering successful programmes and significant benefits for her clients. She has worked on global programmes that have covered Europe, Asia and the Americas. Previous clients and companies include: Channel 4, BT, Xerox, KPMG, Credit Suisse, Pearson, Nat West (now part of RBS), Barclays, PWC, 3i, Microsoft, BBC, Carphone Warehouse, the Guardian, and Cambridge University.
