Responsibilities:*Improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically information flow, management, business process and organizational planning.*Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between technical support & business functions.*Plan a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.*Management of branch budget, development of individual training program budget, monitoring invoicing, supervise and coach & provide technical supports in the organization teams, manpower mobilization work at onshore and offshore sites as required and ensure fully comply with all safety requirements *Prepare quality final deliverables upon project completion in the form of Design Review Report, Design Review Certificate, Audit Report, etc.* Assisting with bids and prepare accurate and competitive proposal(Scope of works), interact with client on project matters and business development *To achieve all company QHSE KPIs, safety Campaigns, journey Management Plan & etc.*Assist in achieving department's financial targets & coordinate all site activities in conformance under the requirements of International Standards and Codes.*Work closely with Technical Manager & Business Development Manager to ensure business targets are met monthly forecast and yearly KPIs.*Management of projects and teams, good working relationships with client, pursue potential new clients and actively seek new business and make a strong business relationship.*Attend client meetings to deliver effective technical and commercial solutions to clients.* Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees.
