About McCrane Octave

My educational background in Leadership and Management has been a continual progressive development from secondary school to completing many in-house courses in my previous jobs and then progressing to university studies, where I am now completing an MSc. Additionally, my professional experience, have contributed largely towards my progression in my career. I have more than 10 years of experience in the field of Leadership and Management in the Warehouse and logistics environment in the UK. Through my eleven years in the warehouse industry, I have managed the day to day activities in a retail distribution operation, furniture and home ware, a chilled foods distribution operation, E-commerce and logistics operation. At present, I currently manage a logistics operation as an Operations Manager. In addition to developing Warehouse Operatives, Distribution Administrators and Team Leaders, I am now developing the skills of junior management staff such as Operations Supervisors, stock controllers and leading a transport team. Following this, I have been rewarded for hard work with promotions and increased responsibilities. These rewards are a direct result of my expertise in warehouse Management, my commitment to personal and professional excellence, and my excellent written and oral communication skills.
