About McEnroe Dsilva

I am a Senior Project Manager at Microsoft’s Industry Solutions, experienced in working on Digital Transformation projects and Lean and Agile project management. I am passionate about working closely with my customers, taking ownership for delivery, and being an ambassador of Microsoft on customer site. I am responsible for demonstrating delivery leadership by ensuring projects are well managed, predictable, and profitable while enabling our customer’s Digital Transformation Journey. I have managed several complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects (global and local) which require both broad and deep technical knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end technology solutions. I work closely with business stakeholders to identify and understand the customer pain-points, align on product strategy, validate product feature concepts, and manage projects through its entire lifecycle. This includes leading cross functional software engineering teams with technical and strategic direction, change management, managing product portfolio and project schedules and budget, identifying risks and benefits, drafting business cases, and clearly communicating them to stakeholders, and interacting and engaging with the global, cross-organization customer base and more. I have an educational background in Computer Science (Masters) and have several years of experience as a software developer (programmer), specialized in Microsoft Technologies, working on multiple projects in relation to software engineering design and development.
