Cool Springs Consulting is a responsive automation and controls company based in Central Florida. Established as a corporation in 2010, after over 20 years of working in the space industry, we have continued to service our clients with the best instrumentation, process control, and automation services in the industry. For the past 18 years, Cool Springs Consulting has supported America's unmanned space program in designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining Launch Complex support systems for the Atlas V and Delta IV rocket programs at Cape Canaveral in Florida and Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. We have been proud to provide excellent support services to help ensure the successful launch of everything from telecommunication satellites to classified military payloads to space probes that have traveled to the Moon, Mars, and beyond. We specialize in automation system design, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming, Human-Machine Interface (HMI) development, Building Automation Systems design and installation, and full System Integration and Commissioning. We offer full design and support services from specification of individual components or entire automation systems, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P & ID) design, Sequence of Operations development, Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) for your systems, and ongoing Configuration Management. We also offer integration services if you need custom fabrication of enclosures and automation system components.
