About McKenna Copeland

One of my favorite benefits of working in the customer service industry is meeting new people and learning new things all the time. I have been working at destination/tourist attractions since 2019 and it is exciting to come in contact with people from all over. I enjoy what I do because I strive to make the experience the guest is having at our facility the best that it can be. Something I love about working events is that the guest that booked the event has been stressed and overwhelmed about all the planning and moving parts that have gotten them to this day, but once I talk to them and let them know that I am here to take care of them they finally get to start enjoying their hard work and they feel a sense of relief. It's an honor to be a part of someone's wedding day, rehearsal dinner, or whatever event they may have and I don't take that responsibility lightly because they will remember this day forever.
