My approach is rooted in understanding people within the context of their environment, relationships, and personal history. I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, tailoring my approach to meet each person where they are. Beyond direct practice, I thrive in collaborative environments that emphasize growth, advocacy, and innovation.
