About McKenna Smith

I am a graduate of Calvin University with a B.S in Biochemistry and B.A in Spanish. During my time at Calvin, I competed on the Golf Team so I am passionate about playing and working hard. Some of my favorite things to do are travel, see historic sites, fun outdoor activities and try new foods. In my free time, I have been training for triathlons, volunteering with my church groups and learning to watercolor paint. My past role as a Complaints Investigator for the Covid-19 Vaccine helped me to develop many skills such as communication, how to learn and adapt quickly as well as think critically. In my new role as an Operational Excellence Investigator, I have met with Team Leads and Managers across departments to solve problems. From Formulation to Filling to Manufacturing and more, I work well with others to improve each day.
