As an Insurance Manager at Vision Source®, I oversee the billing and claims process for one of the largest networks of independent optometrists in the US. With more than two years of experience in the medical insurance field, I have developed strong account management, data analysis, and financial analysis skills that enable me to optimize the revenue cycle and ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations. I started my career as a Technician at Visionsquare Eyecare, where I gained valuable knowledge and experience in the optometry industry. I then joined Vision Source® as a Medical Insurance Biller, where I demonstrated my proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and my ability to handle various administrative and clerical tasks with efficiency and accuracy. I was promoted to Insurance Manager in less than a year, thanks to my dedication, initiative, and willingness to learn and grow. My goal is to continue to provide excellent customer service, support, and solutions to Vision Source® and its members, and to contribute to the success and growth of the organization.
